Vår uppsats syftar till att studera förutsättningarna för ett nätverkssamarbete mellan Helsingborg och Helsingör i konferensbranschen och om en destination kan vinna på ett konferensamarbete. Kärnan i uppsatsen utgörs av en studie av konferensaktörer i Helsingborg och Helsingör.
Bakgrund: Kvinnor och ledarskap ur ett pedagogiskt perspektiv. Syfte: att via en teoretisk och empirisk studie analysera de kompetenser och strategier som kvinnliga chefer använder i sitt arbete för att utvecklas i sina respektive ledarroller.
