År 2014 startade Region Skåne en basutbildning för alla chefer inom organisationen i Region Skåne. Basutbildningen infördes med anledning av att säkerställa att alla chefer befattade en gemensam grund att utgå ifrån inför kommande ämnesspecifika arbetsuppgifter. Under årens lopp har få utvärderingar utförts vilket har resulterat i att basutbildningens effektivitet i nuläget är av okänd karaktär. •
