We describe a 65-year-old woman with a tumour adherent to the median nerve in the left forearm that was found to be a dendritic fibromyxolipoma, a distinctive benign soft tissue lesion possibly related to a myxoid spindle cell lipoma; it is a solitary fibrous tumour that may be mistaken for a sarcoma.
