This report describes the evaluation process to find the best possible CAM-solution for a prototype department within Tetra Pak. The purpose is to manufacture unique or small series of aluminium moulds for injection moulding of thermoplastics with a milling machine. The author analyzes the determinants of stock-based compensation in Chinese listed firms and subsequent performance within these firms. My study shows that non-tradable reforms changed the managerial objectives from accounting profit to market performance. The subsequent stock-based incentives in managers have induced measurable changes in behavior at the enterprise level. With regard to the subse
