The New Society of Letters at Lund

The task of the New Society of Letters at Lund is to promote academic research within the humanities. Support for the humanities has been expanded and enhanced in different ways over recent decades. Lectures and excursions represent important aspects of our activities, alongside publications and support for younger researchers.

This year’s call for applications for travel scholarships is published under “Grants and scholarships”. Since spring semester 2012, the Society has announced its travel scholarships by April at the latest, with a decision on allocation communicated by June at the latest.
