Guidelines for speakers and chairs
Length Each presentation must be maximum 12 minutes long to allow time for Q&A at the end of the session. The time limit applies to all presentations disregarding the number of contributors to the presentation.
Slides Speakers will be emailed a link to LU Box where slides must be uploaded before the conference to ensure a smooth transition between the presentations.
Zoom The conference is on location only, except for two hybrid sessions Monday afternoon. Remote presenters will receive Zoom links directly.
Venue & getting there
Venue Gamla Biskopshuset, Biskopsgatan 1, Lund.
Getting there The conference venue is a 10-minute walk from the central station (Lund C). Lund has direct train connections to Copenhagen Airport every 20 minutes, direct trains towards Stockholm and Gothenburg every hour, as well as direct bus connections to Malmö Airport.
