Innovation in Retail systems–How is it done and by whom?

Trends like digitalization, globalization, urbanization and changing buying patterns affects society as a whole and retail in particular. The ability to change and adapt to meet such challenges is the key to survival for many retailers. Despite urgent need for change, research on retail innovation is limited, fragmented, and relates mostly to industrial applications. This means that the general un

Impact of activated sludge ozonation on filamentous bacteria viability and possible added benefits

Ozone was applied to return activated sludge in full-scale to study how ozone impacts filamentous bacteria viability (Live/Dead®). Additionally, the ozonated sludges were subjected to anaerobic digestion trials and analysis of micropollutants. Ozone treatment (3-4.8 g O3/kg TSS) improved the settling properties of the sludge by lowering the diluted sludge volume with 7-35%. Ozone inactivated filam

The Territorialisation of the Grocery Shopper: eco-ethical asceticism and environmental nostalgia.

In this chapter we focus on the territorialisation of grocery shoppers and their routes and routines in the city district Western Harbour in Malmö.
