Antalet övervintrande sjöfåglar i svenska vatten har räknats årligen sedan 1967. Räkningarna i år är centrerade runt 17-18 januari. Den 1 mars drar nattrutternas 17:e säsong igång! Nattrutterna är det av våra delprogram där kvälls- och nattaktiva fåglar och större däggdjur räknas, och där förekomsten av lekande groddjur bokförs. Generellt var det ett bra år för Sveriges fåglar, med många ovanligt höga index, inte minst för många skogsfåglar.
