Practical issues
Conference venue and practical information
The conference will be held at the Faculty of Humanities and Theology (in the so-called LUX- and SOL-buildings). Both buildings can be found by using the google map link below. It is a 15-minute walk between the railway station and LUX.
For those of you arriving from Copenhagen airport, there is a commuter train (leaving every 20 minutes) that will take you directly to Lund. Unless otherwise arranged, all participants have to book their own accommodation.
Registration and the first session will be held at the SOL hörsal which is most easily reached from one of the entrances at the north. There will be signs pointing you in the right direction and the organizing committee will be there to guide you from two o’clock.
Meals
Most meals will be hosted in the close vicinity of the conference venues. Vegetarian lunches will be provided for all participants and vegetarian dinners (including fish) for all presenters and some invited guests. If you are a vegan or have any allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us no later than November 4 by email to Lovisa Nyman (see below). Concerning presenters, we also need to know if you will participate in the conference dinners on Wednesday and Thursday by the same date.
For more information regarding the practicalities of the conference, please get in touch with Lovisa Nyman (lovisa.nymanctr.luse).
