In order to submit a proposal, you need to create a profile on our website and have it approved by the administrators. While we will do our best to approve your profiles immediately, please keep in mind that this will be done by human beings working in different time zones and sometimes claiming a break from academic labour. Hence, please do not postpone the submission process to the last day.
