Grammar in my mind (GRIMM)

Grammar in my mind (GRIMM) is an informal group of linguists from several former departments at Lund University studying the grammar of natural languages. The group's objective is to conduct comparative studies to explore the characteristic elements of linguistic variation, and to determine the parameters along which languages differ. Most members of the group are working within the generative tradition on various aspects of the human language faculty: syntax, semantics, prosody, morphology, the information structure, word formation theory, the lexicon, and applications thereof. This includes issues such as language variation across time (language history and change) and place (dialects), language acquisition (first and second language acquisition) and language attrition.
